Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By activating the NAYRA CORE Shield subscription ($49/month), you ("The Client", "Business Owner") agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not deploy the system.

2. Service Description

NAYRA CORE provides an autonomous cyber-reputation defense overlay for Google Business Profiles. The service acts as a monitoring and filtering system to protect local businesses from malicious 1-star review surges and automated bot extortion.

3. Client Obligations & Data Accuracy

The Client agrees to provide accurate configuration data during onboarding, including the official Business Name, authorized contact info, and Google Profile details. NAYRA CORE is not responsible for protection failures resulting from incorrect onboarding data provided by the Client.

4. Fees, Billing, and Cancellation

  • The service is billed on a recurring month-to-month subscription of $49 USD.
  • There are no long-term contracts. The Client may cancel the subscription at any time with a single click via their dashboard or by contacting support.
  • Upon cancellation, all active security shields and endpoints are immediately deactivated, exposing the profile back to the public web.

5. The 100% Results Guarantee & Limitation of Liability

NAYRA CORE guarantees real-time isolation of verified automated bot attacks. In the binary event that an active shield fails to intercept an organized bot-farm wave, resulting in a permanent drop in the public rating during an active subscription billing period, NAYRA CORE will issue a 100% refund of the Client's subscription fees paid within that year.

Under no circumstances shall NAYRA CORE be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential business damages, loss of profits, or Google platform account suspensions. NAYRA CORE is an independent security service and is not officially affiliated with Google LLC.

6. Governing Law

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be governed by the laws of the service provider's primary country of registration (Poland).
